I would not suggest going to this place if you are natural and do not get perms. They are not skilled with maintaining split ends of natural hair, (no perm) as they require extremely even ends to make their work look acceptable to them. I’ve been to Osama, Mena, and Yehia in the past and never had an issue with my ends being difficult to manage. I have been to Ray 5 times and have never been disappointed. I have had several services from relaxers to color and cuts. My hair is healthier since I started going to Ossama salon. I am very pleased with the service and atmosphere. Personally, I have never experienced nor witnessed instances of rude behavior or poor customer service. What I don't particularly like is having few payment options; everyone doesn't carry cash or use zelle.
