I thought it was kind of weird that this place was a residence but figured with almost no bad reviews it would be okay! I booked through the Google maps link to “booksy” and asked a question through the comment function. No one ever reached out to confirm my appointment so I was a bit worried. Date/time of appointment arrived and tried to call ahead as I was arriving about 10 minutes late. No one answered and I left a message (but the voicemail app was in Spanish with no translation option so I may not have used it properly!... read more

I had a great experience at Oss Stylist Beauty Salon. It was my first time, and I loved my haircut. The stylist was super friendly and did exactly what I wanted. The place has a nice vibe, and I’ll definitely be back!

Lamentablemente mi hija y yo estamos muy frustradas y desencantadas, Osvaldo un inmenso ser humano, pero las dos salimos muy incómodas, mi hija salió sin secarse por que el le pidió dejárselo rizado pues no le daba tiempo , (aceptó atender a una tercera cliente )ella salió de ahí y se tuvo que agarrar todo su pelo con un gancho, yo peor, le enseñé una foto del corte que yo quería y el me dijo que lo iba a modificar me quedó Horrible, literal No tengo un corte definido, nosotras dos viajamos una hora y media para llegar a sus... read more
