If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague! Years ago, they botched an operation that left me with permanent nerve damage in my left leg. The surgeon refused to admit any wrongdoing, and I actually had to go to an out of network doctor just to get diagnosed. Every doctor affiliated with OSS refused to admit that anything was wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend you not go to this facility as they bill you for a doctor visit AND charge a facility charge ON TOP of the bill. Of course my insurance company paid most of my normal doctor visit, which took 20 minutes. But my insurance refused to pay the 400 dollar facility charge. When I called OSS they said they bill as a facility; essentially like a hospital. Never in my life have I scheduled a normal doctor appointment and ended up with a 400 dollar bill.
