This is a horrible place to live. They do not address maintenance requests for months if not longer. Ive lived here a year and one of my requests is still not complete. The grounds are frequently a mess around the garbage bins. The office is rarely open. They take on projects like changing the mail boxes without telling the residents. Ultimately trion is a horrible company.
Yes I wanted to move into the complex was constantly pushed back three times because the apartment was not ready in July. Put a deposit down of $2738 received a check a month later after constantly calling and the check was returned from bank for uncollected funds in September 2024. Constantly called and told the office and Asia has told me twice we contacted the account in *********, ** I will email you to keep communication open but I have received nothing from her or *********, ** after sending emails. Very poor maintenance/ in-between tenant cleaning. Extremely terrible patch/paint job. There is paint on just about every window, light **************** The washer/ dryer installed was not cleaned. There's discoloration along all the closet doors & ceiling/ wall seams. Photos online indicated we'd have a fireplace, **************** floors, we have none of those 3. Mailbox key doesn't work. Screens missing/ or torn on a few windows. Mold in the bathroom due poor caulking. Gutters not cleaned & broken rails on balcony. I expec... read more
