Verified Renter It's been a year. Well maintained. Great Staff when you need them. Great Perks and the Gig Fiber is totally awesome!! Could use some improved parking rule enforcement for the yearly fee we pay.

Verified Renter Rent has gone up just over $600 in 2 years, no type of rent control here. It’s either pay or move out. There is no negotiation on that like they say. Amenities are added on that have little or no value and you are forced to pay for them even if you have no use for them. Maintenance crew are nice though!
