Verified Renter Having lived here a few years and seeing a few changes in personnel I still think this is one of the best appartment complexes to live in. It is always well maintained and is run by a compitent crew.Please up the great work!

Verified Renter First I would say that I love this place but lately I don’t see that maintenance is keeping up with cleaning or maintaining the common area clean. Garbage is not picked up like before and the after all clean look has gone away. Lakes are full of mosquitoes and dirt but when called the main office they said they have no control of this. Also you would often find people smoking weed but apparently they cannot do anything since they are not “expert” and cannot confirm that is actually weed. Horrible to have to g... read more

Verified Renter I like it, the hallways and stairs could be cleaned more often but overall it is good. Staff is nice! :) common areas are also nice, gym, pool, grill area

Verified Renter It’s been 3yrs that we have lived here in this community and honestly we do y have any complaints. We love, how they keep the community clean, how the office is always there when you need something and how maintenance dept always get your work order done with excellence.
