Dr Utri and his staff are amazing. Professional, friendly, kind, caring people. They are like family. Makes our experience pleasant and enjoyable.
I just went through 2 hip replacements in 11 weeks with Dr. Sullivan. He was great. Almost no pain from either operation. He really knows what patients concerns are and makes them comfortable about the procedure. All the people I dealt with have been very friendly and knowledgeable.They are very cautious both before and after the surgery make everything a long term success.
Who in the hell is your PR person? Using degrading and derogatory language for someone with disabilities physical or otherwise in your radio ad is ignorant. Using the term "cripple" is disgusting. Not only does it reflect poorly in your advertising but it reflects poorly in your clinic as to your quality of care.
not impressed so far. over an out wait for scheduled cray. now over 45 minute wait for scheduled appointment. really?
After having one Dr. Tell me I needed to lose weight before he would operate on me to replace my hip, I got a second opinion,at OSMS. Dr. James Grace was very accommodating and said he’d be glad to help me. The whole experience has been awesome. I felt great after surgery,and was able to walk Almost pain free! The staff at a Bellin hospital was also top notch. They as well as Dr. Grace are on the top of my recommendations! Thank you to all involved!
Had my right knee replaced in Nov 2017 and left knee in May 2018 . Dr.Tressler and staff were awesome!!! Highly recommend OSMS!! Thanks again!!
