Dr. Grace performed knee replacement surgery on my 85 yr old mom, 2 weeks ago. She went to a rehab center for 11 days. We wanted her to get physical therapy daily. She is doing fantastic. Staples out yesterday. Starting out patient therapy on Tuesday. Once she us fully recovered will be having her other knee done. Thank you Dr. Grace and your wonderful staff for making her feel comfortable and safe.
I love the Dr.s and staff, everyone has always been very helpful and friendly. They know what they are doing, they have you in and out for appointments, no sitting around and waiting.
Well first time here and it's been 40 minute wait so far!! This is going to go just like all the other places I tried!!!
I had carpal tunnel surgery a few days ago and all of the staff were wonderful! My veins can be difficult so it took 3 nurses and about 8 pokes until they finally got the IV, but the nurses were extremely nice and positive through everything. Dr. Hein is a very great surgeon and made my experience quick, easy and as painless as possible. I called today around 3:30pm to refill my prescription and they called me back within 15 minutes to tell me my prescription was already ready for pick up!
