Having been to Canadian locations I was surprised to find this one in Miami. I took my siblings there and Osmani was exceptional. Everytime I have the chance I take my siblings there and its the same excellent service. I hope they open more locations in the Miami area and Osmani climbs the ladder within the corporation. Thank you

Came here at 9:30 pm to get a chicken wrap. Was told to wait 25 mins since they were just putting chicken on the grill. Why the hell would one wait that long for fast food. Do not go here if you want to wait 25 mins for your food. Obviously I walked out and won’t be returning and won’t recommend.

A must try when you are in Miami, if you enjoy authentic Mediterranean food. Super fresh! Super fast! The employees were extremely polite and I felt like they genuinely cared about me. This is a rarity nowadays. I picked up a catering flyer because I am planning a business lunch for about 40-50 people in a couple weeks. A must choice for your next catering function! Thank you, Osmow's!

I decided to try Osmow’s for delivery and it was a huge mistake. We ordered shawarma and specifically asked for “a little spicy”, instead, they drowned it in every hot spice they could find. It was so overwhelmingly spicy that it was completely inedible. When I called to complain, the man who answered barely spoke, just kept saying “yes, yes, ok” and then hung up on me. El martes pasado por la noche visite osmow’s uno de mis locales favoritos para comer, la verdad quedé muy decepcionada, el personal era nuevo, el wrap que me hicieron estaba sin tostar mi esposo se pidió un wrap box y lo mismo, tuvimos que botarlo la señora que nos atendio nos trató muy mal y hablaba alto en el restaurante hablando por teléfono y la verdad es la segunda vez que me pasa con esa señora su servicio es pésimo, usa pestañas y uñas largas, no debería trabajar en servicio al cliente.
