No matter which staff member is working, this branch never disappoints. I've ordered through Uber and dined in the last 4–6 times, and every single time the taste and portion have been amazing. Big shoutout to the team! After staying in KWC for the past couple of years, I can confidently say this place is consistently on point with how they prepare everything. Truly reliable and worth every order. to the staff and management.

Surprised to get 50% less quantity at the new Osmow's Shawarma location on Near BMO Bank Fischer Halman Road Kitchener I've been ordering half and half chicken from the St. Laurent Road near Fresco Location Milton twice a week, and it's always been consistent. Maybe a training issue or a mix-up? Hope they can get it right next time.
