We came to Osmow’s around 11 PM, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The shawarma wasn’t even warm, and the fries and chips were not fresh at all. The Indian guy cooking was busy talking or playing around with someone instead of paying attention to our order. He just threw the food together and handed it to us. For the price we paid, this was completely not worth it — very disappointing and unprofessional!
We stopped by Osmow’s around 11 PM, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. We ordered a shawarma and a chicken on the rocks — both were a huge letdown. The shawarma wasn’t even hot, and the fries and chips were cold and stale. The Indian guy behind the counter was too busy chatting or fooling around instead of focusing on our order. He just tossed everything together carelessly. For the price, this was absolutely not worth it — super disappointing and unprofessional!
They had a lot of customers as they were celebrating national Shawarma Day but the staff was very efficient. Food was great as usual
Staff is excellent. My meal was just ok this time chicken was dry.
