Worst experience i ever had in osmows, I love their poutine and today it was daily special should be 12.99$ but they forgot and charged me regular price 14.49$ and even after telling them that the guy who was zoned out charge me regular price instead of daily special price, they didn’t refund my money back.
Amazing staff, always very welcoming and kind. They always go above and beyond to make some amazing shawarma. Best shawarma and customer service in kw. Don’t miss it!
