My whole family love osmows we r from windaor we visit niagra so we planned to ate osmows on monday 20th october 2025 arround 6 pm it smells so nasty that i was about to vomit we were 8 people if we would have orderd it would have be more then 150 dollar.
The food quality was satisfying but not the size, which was considerably smaller than what I had experienced in Newmarket branch. It seems the staff manipulate the standard amounts with no observation. The place was quiet & clean.
I had a horrible experience at this place and will never go back. I usually don’t write reviews because I don’t want to waste my time, but he really pissed me off, so here I am. This place is NOT the usual Osmow’s you would expect. They are extremely cheap — the portions they give you are small and feel very low-effort. There’s a young guy who takes the orders (Indian or Middle Eastern), and he gives very small portions. Even the galic sauce — he barely gives any.
I ordered lamb shawarma and all meat is chewy and uncooked. Very disgusting. Wastage of money. It’s totally unhealthy and non eatable
