Good experience
I visited this store 25th october at noon and was extremely disappointed with what I saw. I noticed a rat running inside the store, which is completely unacceptable for a food establishment. In addition, the temperature inside the restaurant was freezing cold, making it very uncomfortable for customers to sit and eat. This experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location until the issues are fixed and the rat problem is properly addressed.
My whole family love osmows we r from windaor we visit niagra so we planned to ate osmows on monday 20th october 2025 arround 6 pm it smells so nasty that i was about to vomit we were 8 people if we would have orderd it would have be more then 150 dollar.
The food quality was satisfying but not the size, which was considerably smaller than what I had experienced in Newmarket branch. It seems the staff manipulate the standard amounts with no observation. The place was quiet & clean.
