I have been to many Osmows and the beef wrap I got here was not the same as the other Osmows. The bread had a different taste but it was fine. However, the worst part was that the beef had a different texture, I expected thin slices of beef shawarma but what I got was more like the ground beef you find in taco meat. I understand these stores are franchised so they can use different ingredients but they should still have similar food. Great people, quick service
I love Osmow's but this location is the worst I have been to. I have been there 4 times and 3 of the 4 times they have not had any chicken available. They tell me it will be ready in 30-45 minutes. I understand they are close to a school. But plan ahead for lunch rush. To top this off the person running the cash till, was rude about not having chicken. The one time I did get food there it was very low quality compared to other locations. I have given them 4 chances and I will not be back.
