I use to like going there but now a days the quality of food and services dropped significantly. Servers looks like they are being forced to work. No hospitality, no smile and no response to greeting. If you asked them put anything extra they look at you like you are harassing them. Terrible service at this Osmow’s. The crew was rude, careless, and had zero interest in serving customers properly. My order was messed up, and when I asked for help, they acted like it was a problem for them. Absolutely unacceptable — I won’t be coming back.
