Not as standard ,I wait almost 15 minutes one guy mop the floor ,he said other line cook was busy ( it’s not important to mop floors always customers first as all franchises do), I don’t know Osmous is ok for open 24 hours,if staff is not available please close early ,it’s good for everyone

I ordered chicken and fries, but there was no sauce at all. The food was completely dry and didn’t taste good. The chicken also had a bad smell, so I couldn’t eat it.”
