Its decent but no Shelbys

The shawarmas are consistent in taste and flavor for the most part. The ozbox is on the expensive side for what you get. It's a decent place to try out but not one that I would go out of my way to patronize.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received yesterday. I ordered a wrap and politely asked the employee, KESAR, if she could cut it in half. Instead of helping, she told me to take a knife and cut it myself. I found this response rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic courtesy.
