Ozzy is awesome. I interviewed 3 realtors before we listed our house, Ozzy is knowledgeable, confidant and highly competent. Hiring the wrong realtor can cost you thousands $$. Ozzy frequently went above and beyond his duties as our realtor. He is a strong negotiator and a savvy marketer. He responded to my emails/ texts immediately, and kept us informed along the process. You may not notice the benefits of a good realtor until you run into an issue-Thank goodness we had Ozzy!!
