When delivering and setting up our furniture, Tom and Efrain provided top notch customer service. We received a telephone call the day before our delivery date, to inform us of the two hour anticipated time slot scheduled for their arrival. The day of the delivery, we received a call to inform us that they would be arriving within the next 15-20 minutes. I must say, their communication was great!
