For the most part,I have to say, that it's very quiet,and we had heard it wasn't. I'm in the middle and I have not seen any crazy drama. It's hard not to be grateful that you're able to even had a apartment that your rent is what it is due to Section 8. So I've seen it to where people won't even try to address unsanitary issues, however,it's also not ok for anyone to treat ANYONE,in such a way due to their circumstance.
