I’d definitely recommend OSI to anyone who needs physical therapy. I’ve been to the West St. Paul location a few times over the years for different issues—knee problems, hip impingement in both hips, and a rotator cuff/upper back injury. Each time, I worked with a physical therapist who really knew that specific area and took the time to understand what I needed. They gave me exercises that were tailored to me, and it honestly made a big difference in my recovery.

I had an excellent experience at OSI Physical Therapy from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff—especially Jen—was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My therapists, Stephanie and Cole, were outstanding. This was the first intake meeting. Very positive. Everything being done was explained to me. The therapist did a very good job listening to me. I am looking forward to the coming sessions as we attack the problems.
