Zumba with Fi is awesome
Cycling classes with Scott Strochak are awesome. So much fun and a killer workout.
The pool is pretty empty on Tuesday mornings. If you want to avoid splitting lanes/circle swimming, go when there's no masters session.
Coffee shop closes at 5pm 😢
Not cheap, but definitely the best gym around - really great staff, facilities, classes, and more. Young Professional (under 30) is a reasonable rate.
U-Jam Fitness class now offered on Wed nights 8:10 pm at the Fitness Center-Main Studio. Burn avg 600-800 cal while having fun dancing to hip hop & world beats.
Love the group exercise classes and community events at this facility. Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and 20/20/20 are the best!
