Aloha. I had Wes from Oshiro Door repair my opener/operator 2 days ago. I originally bought a new opener from them in 2014 after being at my brother's house one day . It's belt driven and so quiet compared to the original chain driven. Anyway, the belt broke and needed to be replaced. In looking at it, it seems to be non serviceable and the entire rail needed replacement. Logical. Wes is very knowledgeable and works well. Fantastic service!! answered phone on first ring, had a repairman here within an hour. And fixed our door, which had been waiting for the original repair service for 2 1/2 months, on the spot. Can't say enough good things!! Friendly, efficient, informative!
