I have been seeing Dr. Oshiro for 6 years now, as my regular dentist. I don't have any dental difficulties, but the first time I visited, I had 9 cavities that needed filling because I hadn't been to a dentist in 3 years. He did an expert job of filling all of the cavities and making me comfortable while doing so. Dr. Oshiro is extremely polite, courteous, and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I generally hate going to the dentist, but if I have to go, this is the one I choose.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit, but found out too late that they lied to me. They did not take my insurance and was told that after paying, they would submit my claim and I would be reimbursed, that "they did it all the time."
