At first glance it looked nice, but I paid 280aud for a room that overlooked roofs, 1 square meter balcony, cockroaches at night, yes that's true and both split A/C very noisy. I moved 400m away to a place less expensive and far better.

I enjoyed my stay here. Had everything I needed. Room was clean and spacious.

Ocean view apartment was fantastic. All the things you need. Bed was comfy. Getting in and out of shower was challenging. The manager had to fix a couple of things (missing tumble dryer and toaster that shorted electricity sockets) which he did swiftly and with a minimum of fuss. Location however is terrible. Hotel is at the top of a near vertical long road. We like to walk out but couldn't here.

During our stay we were shocked to find four cockroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night. We had to kill two of them and block the drain, fearing others might be hiding there. This was not only disgusting but left us with no sleep, as we spent the rest of the night feeling unsettled and unable to relax. Despite being told the property conducts annual pest control, the experience was still extremely unpleasant, and the response to our complaint was lackluster.
