Dr. Cox has been informative and very calming. I couldn't ask for a better Dr that has the knowledge and support that one would want in stressful times.

I had scheduled an appointment a month ahead. Was given a fax number for my old OBGYN office to fax over my records (they wouldn't take my insurance anymore) only to have my old doctors office to REFUSE to fax the records and demand $20 for me to get a copy made for me to bring to this office which they wanted before any visits. I can't afford an extra $20 + all the gas to drive from Pekin to Peoria and back just for a copy of my personal records. I told the scheduler on the phone and she was pretty rude about it. In January I made an appointment for April to see Dr. Cox. My longtime OB/GYN's office closed and I wasn't able to obtain my medical records. The woman I scheduled my appointment with said that wasn't an issue and scheduled my appointment. In March someone from Dr. Cox's office called and gave me a phone number/hours to call my old doctor's office to obtain my medical records. I completed a form and sent in a request but no one sent my medical records so I am still waiting a month later. I called the same number during the d... read more
