Sat there 4 hours with my elderly sick mother. Elderly people should take priority. A elderly man brought in an ambulance was left sitting in a hospital gown in a wheel chair joined us in the lobby. Disgusting priorities! We were told we had to wait a half hour after pain medicine was administered. Waited 40 minutes and began walking out. The nurse is chasing us out the door, continues to argue with me that we can't leave to come back to the room so she can present discharge papers to us. Great service in the ER. Staff was friendly but very professional.
Okay first of all loved the staff polite and courteous to my needs. On the other hand I had a long wait, got there at noon didn't get to a room till almost 2. They were busy and hardly any beds so they did the best they could.
This is the worse experience ever! 4 hours almost and still not in the ER! I thought emergency medicine meant just that ! Get more doctors in the ER! Everytime we have been it's been this way!
