OSF St. Joseph has the absolutely WORST ER. The doctors are horrible the nurses are worse. My son came in as he was having a stroke. No prior medical conditions. Accused him of being a drug overdose, even after drug tests came back negative. The doctor tried to convince me my son took something. The nurse was rude, disrespectful, mean and had NO bedside manner. The doctor was Adamant about discharging my son, failing to mitigate what was happening. Well, St. Joseph Medial Center burned me again. Love their staff, love the doctors. But, the administration sticks it to you. You got me twice. You won't get me again.
Been A patient and received excellent care
I was recently a patient there for SVT. My nurse was Vic. Great knowledgeable nurse who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The staff in all depts were great.
Nurses and Doctors are awesome. They care for their patients. When I buzzed the nurse they answered right away, made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you all for what you do! ❤️
refused to see my friend. had a nurse at prompt care yelling at her and told her to go home. How can you call yourself Christian's let alone health care professionals.

I love St. Joseph! This is where I go anytime I need emergency care, and the staff there is AMAZING 😍 They're friendly and knowledgable, and the nurses are super sweet and caring. I recommend this hospital 10/10 for anything a person might need that a hospital would provide. I personally would not go anywhere else. Thank you St. Jospeh and staff for everything you do! ❤
