Let me start with this. Sure there's a few bad apples there but in the emergency room they are on point. They do they're best to get you in quick. Even if you aren't in a room they still treat you like you matter even if they gotta put you in the hallway. The reason for the three stars is the walk in clinic..where the service is not so great.
OSF OnCall Virtual Urgent Care was affordable and prompt. My virtual visit was after hours so I did not expect a response until the following business day. I was diagnosed and prescribed within 5 minutes of my virtual visit. I think this feature is a benefit to our small community and will recommend to family and friends.
Last Friday (3/28/25) my wife had to take our granddaughter in for an injured foot to the ER. The service was amazing. The security guard helped us immediately and Lisa at the front desk went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. The service throughout the night with all the staff was top notch.
Absolute horrid care, neglect and negligence I have ever experienced at an ER. Would rate 0 if I could, what a JOKE.
