Wait time is ridiculous but the dr and the nurse my son had was amazing
Absolutely do not waste your time here. Long story short waited 2.5 hours with my sick 10month old daughter with 103.7fever for them to do a nose swab nothing else then send us BACK to the waiting room for another 2hours for someone to see her. We ended up just walking out since it was 1:30am at that point and making an appointment with her doctor, she had an ear infection and strep throat. Been here with a kid in pain for 6 1/2 hours it’s crazy
If you are in severe pain, drive to Holy Family Hospital in Monmouth or St. Francis Hospital in Peoria. Including the extra drive time you will likely find relief sooner at one of those hospitals rather than this one. I wasn't surprised at the long wait time, that can happen at any hospital, but the pain management was terrible once I finally did get in.
Went in with shortness of breath and wheezing when breathing deeply. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room until I finally got up and left without a breathing treatment. I’ve been to many hospitals in a handful of different states. Never have I needed to wait that long when being in distress due to my severe asthma.
