Went in with shortness of breath and wheezing when breathing deeply. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room until I finally got up and left without a breathing treatment. I’ve been to many hospitals in a handful of different states. Never have I needed to wait that long when being in distress due to my severe asthma.
Absolutely terrible ER! My mom has been sitting in excruciating pain for 5 hours waiting to be called back. They’ve called 1 person back in the past 3 hours. I went up to the intake desk multiple times. “There’s nothing we can do until she sees the doctor.” It’s so bad, two different people got up and walked out, tired of waiting.” Completely worthless!!
Went to the ER and was told because I was a woman that I just have pain. I was also told not to worry about the pain in my ovaries and uterus because the only way to get cancer there is with HPV….NOT TRUE! I have a 4.0 GPA in vet med school so I’m not stupid when it comes to medical care. The doctors are RUDE and have no bed side manner while also being uneducated. The nurses are better than the doctors 100%. I just wanna add that when they give you the link for the complaints on their website. It never takes you to anywhere... read more
Customer service is rude on the phone extremely rude and need to conduct their business and how they speak to people better than they do this is ridiculous
