This place is simply EXCELLENT from top to bottom and all in between. Haven't seen a grumpy face yet.
I went in today for an ER visit. The wait time was very short to get to the back. When I got back the nurses were very helpful. The doctor on the other hand James Lindbom not so much. He was on his phone while I waited for 45 minutes or so before he came to my room. There was only one other patient in the ER. He only came in for less than 5 minutes, did not examine me at all. Asked me a few questions then told me there was nothing he could do bc they don’t have anyone to do an ultrasound. I felt he didn’t listen to my needs ... read more
Nurses were great and the dr was great, they all did a great job explaining my treatment, and made me feel comfortable
