I always felt safe going to OSF Hospital in the past but not anymore. A recent terrible experience during my 15 year olds 5 day hospitalization is one of the reasons my family will be moving out of Illinois next month.

Hospital staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The for profit medical administration does not do a very good job. The cafeteria food was horrendous. Spent 10 dollars and had to throw the food away. The cafeteria looks like skid row. Also, I need to worry about my car too while my love one needs medical treatment cause the hospital administration is not taking any responsibility for my vehicle parked in their parking garage.

What a ridiculous labyrinth of hallways. Everyone is nice. But their directions make no sense. Overpriced medical care. Thanks for making it hard.

4th floor nurses and doctors were absolutely incredible. My family member was just in the hospital after having gastric bypass surgery. Norah, Aileen, Jeremy, Melanie just to name a few (I can’t remember all the names) were absolutely incredible! They took time to explain everything that was going on (medications they were giving etc..)

The staff was wonderful. The pharmacy was open late for convenience.Just in case you get need an early morning remedy or have a late night stomach flu they are there to help out until the Dr. Office can see you .
