My delivery here was great last time, I got a lot of compliments on my epidural. That was in 2023. Now I am about yo deliver my 2nd child and will give an update on the quality of care :) I remember really liking the nurses which was surprising for me because a nurse was the cause of my grandpa dying days before my first daughter was born, so I was still upset and paranoid from that. I hope this delivery is exactly like my last one but shorter!
Currently going here and as a first time diabetic mom the way I’ve been treated has been horrible. Currently fighting with the diabetic nurses for two days to let me see a doctor while they are demanding me to do things I’ve expressed I’m having trouble with giving me no solutions. And only roundabout repeated answers. Go anywhere else’s but here if you can help it. They are mean and have no compassion.
I’ve thought about making this review for awhile. Two years later I think I’ve had enough time to really think about my experience and how badly it affected me. Dr. Renfroe was great every time I saw her. I have no complaints when it comes to her, other than the fact that she wasn’t there for the actual labor even when she assured me she would be, and she only came to see me one time while in the recovery room. I would not recommend any friends or family to come here. I had a very bad experience, privacy was taken from me unwilling, and was not given what I was told I was going to be given. I've tried to talk with the hospital about what I can do and they have refused to help, saying they can't and won't do anything.
