Dr. Carlson’s behavior toward me felt humiliating, unprofessional, and honestly racist. I told him that I’m a physician, even though I haven’t practiced in the U.S. and currently work online in my home country. He responded sarcastically, saying that I’ve never worked in America and that I haven’t practiced for a while. I scheduled a virtual appointment for a sinus infection, which I've been getting for years. The clinician was condescending, disrespectful, and didn't listen to a word I said. She kept telling me try things I told her repeatedly I already tried and didn't work. Long story short, I talked to a doctor at CVS Minute Clinic later that day who wrote me the prescription I knew I needed along with some cough syrup. Beware of using them as a provider. Charging $574 for fatigue! Myself and husband have tried to rectify for over a year. Insurance company tired to help but they cannot bill for fatigue. Please tell me how you get a charge of $574 out of fatigue? What did you do? We’ve been asking without a resolution. Scammers! Update: contacted finally just last week. No help! And continue to stand behind their scam billing. Attached a photo of the scam billing. Asked to have them show me how they came to $574. This is what they showed. T... read more

I was a patient at OSF Merrionette Park recently and overall, I had a wonderful experience. There was a blonde girl there and she was very professional, kind and patient. There also was a staff member named Terry who wasn't professional at all. She was undermining other staff and got way too personal which wasn't appreciated. Thank you for your time
over a hour waiting on the phone to talk to someone only to get disconnected and have to call back and wait some more
I call the main number, switchboard, get placed on hold or get told to call back later. I get through, and talk with the nurses in the practice my own doctor, and the PA I'm now assigned to, because they are the only point of communication. Communication is horrible. I state clearly what I need -- and this is even more frustrating -- clearly IN WRITING is MyChart, and they consistently mess it up. My experience at the OSF Roscoe location has been nothing but argumentative distrusting especially nurse Heather she thinks she knows everything when she knows nothing she needs to quit giving out advice and stabbing people in the back
