I went there for a ear infection. They got me in and out fast. Not very friendly. I got a bill from there today for almost $50. I have never had a co-pay that high before its double what I have paid at other output visits.
March 7, 2019, my father had a brain bleed. He had a DNR so there wasnt’ much anyone could/should do for him. The hospital put him in a room on the 2nd floor. The nursing staff was tremendous, caring and informative throughout dad’s last days. I wish I could remember the nurses by name, but you know who you are. Our family is thankful for your kindness. When ever I go there everyone is friendly They tell you up front what’s going to be done And keeps you informed, they go beyond to make your visit or stay comfortable, I highly recommend going to OSF. St. Anthony’s Health Center for you Health, tests and surgeries
I rushed my mother to the hospital in October, due to bleeding. She is terrified of doctors and hospitals. During the time she was there, the compassion and professionalism of the doctors and nurses at St. Anthony’s she was comforted and reassured. And thanks to them, she has made a complete recovery. Thank you St. Anthony’s.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful
Scheduled a 9 am endoscopy. They call us 5 days out and say they scheduled someone else at 9 and our appointment is now 11, but arrive at 10. We arrive at 10, check in, and they place us in a waiting room. We then wait there as 11 passes by. It’s 1115 and we sit here, in the waiting room with other people who were also scheduled at 11! So they double book, expect you to come early, and make you wait as long as they want. Super poor service, especially considering we are customers that are buying your service. Had a cardiac catherization that ended up with getting a defibrillator/ pacemaker amazing care from the cardiac cath staff to the ICU staff can’t thank them enough
