Rock cut crossing is the most ridiculous place for any Healthcare needs , they do not know any bedside manner, customer service is horrible , they truly do not care about the patients and it shows . They need to be shut down .
I love most of the people there. The techs are great and most of the desk people are great. But there is one lady who refuses to do her job. I always register with e check-in for all appointments to avoid registration. But this one woman insists on sending you to registration anyway when she is suppose to check you in. I was firm with her and told her she was the only one that insists on this, and she accused me of yelling at her. I do not want to go back there because of her. She really destroys the experience.
