Very rude when questioned. Wait time on referrals is terrible. I asked about my referral and they had no answer. Asked for office manager and was told not one there. Yea right.Asked them why they only knew what your co pay was and recieved a message in my chart to find another provider. Terrible response when asking honest question. I needed surgery and had a short window to get it done. Did not have 3weeks for a response. Could not even tell me who they were sending me to. OSF care is terrible. This place is beyond amazing. I got in so fast and the staff was relatable, compassionate, patient, and incredibly kind. I could not have been more blessed by this visit. Thank you all so much. The facility was clean and professional and I felt I was in the most capable of hands. I’m truly grateful and impressed.
I came in with kidney stone pains. Dr. Bob and nurse Sarah showed nothing but empathy and compassion providing advice, literature, and relief. I wish this team could be my primary care
Will not listen to your symptoms. They want you to get so bad you go to the ER so OSF can make a big juicy profit. I've been trying to get them to take my symptoms seriously and I'm pretty sure they would rather I just drop dead than lift a finger to draw my blood & get a very obvious answer.
