Went in with a BAD knife cut to index finger. Amazing Nurse Practitioners got me mended up and out of there in 35 min. Amazing!
Always have had good care here. They are quick and get me out with what I need. Hannah Donahue is the sweetest and really goes into detail about what is going on and what the treatment plan is. Made me feel at ease with all the pain I was in due to double ear infections.
I have been here twice and both times I received amazing care. Dr Kale is really sweet and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I was out within 30 minutes.
Health care provider (M Warning) refused to provide us with a sports physical for my son for school after waiting 1.5 hours to see someone. We have a regular pediatrician we visit annually but unable to schedule appointment with our regular provider in time for new school sports form that was due (12 months being up literally 3 days before tryouts, new appointment couldn’t be scheduled till the next week). Dr Bairsetty was rushing the entire time and kept acting like I was lying about what hurt when she touched it. Lied several times in the notes for my visit, she never listened to my heart or lungs and said I denied neck pain which was another lie.
