It is great to have a place to go when I cannot get in with my doctor immediately. No matter the wait time, i always like the level of care and attention to my needs that I receive. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. It definitely beats wait times at the hospital and costs much less too!
Things are going to be better
We had to go to this facility today due to my daughter hurting her arm at a basketball game. The lady who helped us was amazing Gave us pointers. Took great care of us and even casted her broken arm. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us
Very rude when questioned. Wait time on referrals is terrible. I asked about my referral and they had no answer. Asked for office manager and was told not one there. Yea right.Asked them why they only knew what your co pay was and recieved a message in my chart to find another provider. Terrible response when asking honest question. I needed surgery and had a short window to get it done. Did not have 3weeks for a response. Could not even tell me who they were sending me to. OSF care is terrible.
