Will not listen to your symptoms. They want you to get so bad you go to the ER so OSF can make a big juicy profit. I've been trying to get them to take my symptoms seriously and I'm pretty sure they would rather I just drop dead than lift a finger to draw my blood & get a very obvious answer.
Have been under the weather for 2 weeks. Had already been to Promptcare last week in Bloomington where they were wonderful. We are moving so went to this Promptcare today. Morton. Talk about a complete change! I walk into the building. Never having been there before and walk right past their kiosk and on to what I assumed was their check in desk. They don’t listen to your symptoms and ignore everything, they didn’t look for a nasal infection when i told them to and they ignored it and now im in the emergency room with one of the worst nasal infections they have ever seen. The doctors tell you what you already know. all around terrible doctors office to go wouldn’t recommend them
Went in for a hurt wrist they did x-rays and told me I chipped my radius so they put a splint on and told me to go to an orthopedic the next day to get a cast, later on after I left they called and said they ended up not seeing anything wrong with it so I could take the splint off and they canceled my appointment for the orthopedic but I still got a bill and on my chart it says they didn't see a fracture when they were telling me at the prompt care that it was chipped and I still got charged for the splint and everything eve... read more
