Amazing experience with Dr. Below and his team in surgically repairing my left knee. He was very friendly and genuinely concerned with getting my knee healthy again. The nurses and other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I drove 2 and a half hours from southern Illinois and every mile was worth it. I will be coming back for any future medical needs and I would recommend anyone to come here as well. Thank u Dr. Below, nurses, and everyone at OSF Orthopedics who helped me.

Dr. Plocher is so good with hands and elbows and so easy to talk to and work with. Her staff is awesome too. Thanks everyone.

At 12:15 pm - 12:20 pm, I called the office for the second and third time. I was sent to scheduling by the representative for the second call, only after me saying I wanted to check if my referral was sent here. There was no chance to tell the representative before I was transferred, that I was already on hold with scheduling for 22 minutes. With the answering service eventually ending the call (which was my first call). On the third call, the representative picked up the phone and then the call was immediately hung up.

Coping with the new device getting put in my back and that it works for my pain praying everyday every night very good place to go with meeting back or neck or spinal surgery

Hand carpal tunnel surgery today with doctor plocher. Absolutely perfect staff friendly quick easy painless surgery. 8 hours later and I don't even need Tylenol. Dr Plocher ROCKS!
