I really love the doctors, PAs, and nurses here. The receptionists can be abrupt at times, but they never seem rude, just getting business done. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait is horrific.
I didn’t like how the front desk ask my step mom for paper work and for a vest on her sever animal they can get in trouble for that for asking that it is a legal to ask them that
If ever in need of a hand surgeon Dr.Plocher is your gal. She is so patient, she actually listens to you, she dont use her degree as if she knows everything. Thank you Dr.Plocher for all you have done for me.GOD BLESS
Amazing experience with Dr. Below and his team in surgically repairing my left knee. He was very friendly and genuinely concerned with getting my knee healthy again. The nurses and other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I drove 2 and a half hours from southern Illinois and every mile was worth it. I will be coming back for any future medical needs and I would recommend anyone to come here as well. Thank u Dr. Below, nurses, and everyone at OSF Orthopedics who helped me.
Dr. Plocher is so good with hands and elbows and so easy to talk to and work with. Her staff is awesome too. Thanks everyone.
