I despise this osf urgo, the only purpose is to collect insurance copay then staff says follow up with you pcp as indication of lack of knowledge and patient care. Sadly, moving forward I’ll rather be hit with a ER bill than be handled with such lack of care‼️ Staff favorite line is come back in a few days if problems persist NOW WHY WOULD I DO THAT IF CARE WAS BELOW STANDARDS INITIALLY

I really appreciate the efficiency at the urgent care. They are always helpful, courteous and efficient. Because of this I took my kid their last night for an ear infection and we were in and out in under 30m, with scripts called in, filled and picked up within the hour. Great service. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I also have a NICU baby I’d like to be able to see, despite knowing all of this the APN thinks a tiny bottle of antibiotic cream is enough to treat all of my symptoms. After calling ... read more
