The junction city location is full of caring, kind, and respectable employees I could not have asked for a better experience! I want to give a huge thanks to them
Rude, unprofessional, not open to being corrected APN saw me today. She made two factually incorrect statements to which I corrected, she immediately got defensive and called me a liar. Furthermore, worsening symptoms being told we can't do anything is patently absurd. I should have learned my lesson the first time. I had a bad experience at this location. OSF as a whole hires. Awful people. The receptionist was at least nice. Avoid this place like the plague.
Staff was very kind and caring. I waited about 40 minutes but things went quickly from there! I will go there again if needed!

I despise this osf urgo, the only purpose is to collect insurance copay then staff says follow up with you pcp as indication of lack of knowledge and patient care. Sadly, moving forward I’ll rather be hit with a ER bill than be handled with such lack of care‼️ Staff favorite line is come back in a few days if problems persist NOW WHY WOULD I DO THAT IF CARE WAS BELOW STANDARDS INITIALLY
