Waiting time was not bad and everyone was very, very nice and patient.

Everyone was so friendly, professional, and was truly concerned for my well-being. I went to OSF OnCall Urgent Care for intense pain in my knee from an old injury. A friend recommended going there for the care they give to all and for the fact they have an x-ray machine. I had x-rays taken and received medication to help control the pain. The whole time I was there, they all checked on me and asked if I needed anything. I'd like to give a shout-out to PA Sara and to Tami (Radiology) for taking good care of me...
