Jeremiah was my nurse and he was welcoming and heard every one of my concerns. He was friendly and made me feel so "at home". Sandra, the NP, came in prior to any results being completed but heard my worries and assessed me without having a diagnosis and assuming. She was fantastic and I felt comfortable sharing my concerns to her. I have always felt welcome at the OSF Galesburg location and yesterday's visit was no different. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and was truly concerned for my well-being. I went to OSF OnCall Urgent Care for intense pain in my knee from an old injury. A friend recommended going there for the care they give to all and for the fact they have an x-ray machine. I had x-rays taken and received medication to help control the pain. The whole time I was there, they all checked on me and asked if I needed anything. I'd like to give a shout-out to PA Sara and to Tami (Radiology) for taking good care of me...
