Yesterday while visiting osf urgent care. Soon as we walked in the door staff was very attentive, registration was quick & easy once in the exam room we were met with Danielle not sure if she was a nurse ,medical assistant, or CNA but she was so polite, educated, explained everything . Couldn't of asked for better staff.
The nurses and assistants are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at ease and comfortable and help you through whatever you are going through. They always have a smile and kind words to say. And you can tell They genuinely care
Care was fantastic always is!!!
Sandy and my nurse were great. I will highly recommend this clinic to others. Having medication on site was an unexpected plus. Thank you
