Carlie (nurse) and Kaitlin (Nurse Practitioner) were on staff the day I went to this facility. They were short staffed, but you wouldn’t know it. Both were excellent in their efficiency, compassion, and patient care. They explained everything to me, and went above and beyond to make sure all instructions were clear before I left. Thank you!

I went in for an X-ray of my ribs. Nurse practitioner said she couldn’t read the X-rays but would call me with results, and never received a call for results. The nurse I had went over my allergies of Tylenol and naproxen, but when the provider came in she told me to take Tylenol for the pain, completely disregarding my allergy to Tylenol, she didn’t offer any other sort of pain relief for the rib pain considering I had fallen and hurt my ribs pretty badly, it was hurting to breathe and cough, couldn’t even talk without havi... read more
No sense of urgency at this "urgent care" Expect to wait at LEAST an hour to be seen, even with an empty waiting room.
Urgent Care on north Knoxville is the BEST! Dr. Tami and all the employees are wonderful. Dr. Tami knows so much and really takes the time with you. I’ll be going there always for all my urgent care.
