Horrible service. I could not get my refill even though I requested twice over the last month. They never receive the call.

what a shame. left a voicemail weeks ago never responded. Had to call back just to be told not taking any new referral patients OSF should be ashamed even as a low income patient they just send you out to other clinics out of pocket. now i understand the low reviews.

Needed to drop off at 24 hour specimen collection. I called and asked where and they said drop at any OSF lab. I went to drop-off this morning before work and was turned away because something on the order was wrong. I went to take it to OSF urology office and then was told I have to take it to the hospital. After checking in at hospital, no one called me back and I had to go to desk to see what was going on. The desk clerk said he would "get some gloves on and take the specimen back to the lab himself". Excellent care once you get in. 30-45 minutes on the phone for a simple question. They will screw up your medical tests, mismanage you appointments and act like they are doing you a favor when they talk to you. Woefully understaffed or incompetent administration. I LOATHE contacting the office for anything. Good thing they are the only game in town.
