Some months ago, both me and my wife received form letters stating effectively that the practice APNs and PAs had jumped ship en masse and we should seek care elsewhere. We love this practice and the Doctors and the rest of the staff. My husband has been a patient here for years. We have never had a bad experience or been treated with disrespect. My husband is a year out from surgery, we had all of our questions and worries addressed during the process. Yes you may need to call more than once but where don't you ? We have also found it very convenient to use my chart for messages and recieve timely responses. We are very glad we were referred to this practice.

OSF should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this office to operate the way it does. This office is a public safety risk and I would encourage anyone to seek out any other option for care. After countless tests, procedures and visits they had no answers for me, yet continued to string me along. All they provided me was thousands of dollars in debt. Horrible service. I could not get my refill even though I requested twice over the last month. They never receive the call.
