Enjoy and Leann
Every time I call to make an appointment I either can't get through or the call is dropped. Their automative system is not helpful and the only way to get an appointment is to walk in. I usually use MyChart, but that system is often down as well. I love my doctor, but getting to care seems impossible at times.
They never have a same day appointment. They just send you to their prompt care which costs the patient tons of money. They do it on purpose. So catholic of them. Find care elsewhere.
Two nurses were trying to give me information about my care over the counter with patients present. I had to tell them twice I would like to go to a room because I was not comfortable talking infront of a waiting room before they allowed us too. (Patient confidentiality) the fact I got told by a dr it’s too time consuming they were not going to fill out paperwork I needed done. The RN Brittany was very rude to me and kept giving dirty looks.
