dr Jacob is the best pulmonary doctor ever. He’s so informative and even has a humor about him. He makes you feel so good about yourself and keeps a good eye on you. He is very complete with checking you out, and is extremely educated in his field. I am so blessed he is my Dr.

I had a yearly follow up originally scheduled for Jan. 2026. their office called and changed the appointment twice to fit their own schedule. My appointment was then for 2-17-26. Monday 2-16-26 the office called me to do the pre-appointment questionaire . I started coughing and the nurse asked if I was sick. I said I am with a cough but not contageous. Told me I need a referral with my dr even though my PPO ins company told me any specialist who I set an appointment up with I don’t need an external referral. My sister who is a patient there did NOT have a PCP dr referral she called and was allowed to set up an appointment. Im not lying. You guys did that for her. I’m not doing this run around shit. Dr.Jacobs did what no other doctor in 25 years. His diagnosis and treatment has made great improvement in my quality of life his knowledge and understanding is unbeatable and he truely cares

I am very upset that there is no one in this office that can see me. I have been their patjient for more than 4 years. I need some different treatment. But I have to wait till July. I qqmaybe dead by then. They have no time.
