Highly disappointed with our appointment/ experience with Dr. Wakid. We have been going to Morton Pediatrics for quite sometime now. Unfortunately, the doctor my son was seeing which we LOVED recently left. We thought it would be good to schedule an appointment with all the other doctors to see which one aligned with our healthcare approach for our son the best. Im glad they record calls bc the gal that was curt, loud and rude that hung up on me today needs a review and if she doesn't like being yelled at, she should understand I DON'T EITHER! If you have such a poor attitude, get out of the health care industry.
My children have been longtime patients of Morton pediatrics. After some of the recent providers have left (who I absolutely loved and adored), I wasn’t sure what type of care that I would continue to see. It honestly made me extremely nervous! This office was great 5 years ago. A bunch it he nurses and doctors left unfortunately and they hired a bunch of new staff. The care you receive now is sad. Some of the are nurses are VERY rude. A couple of the doctors are good, but the rest of them just try to push pharmaceutical drugs or noticeably act annoyed when you’re trying to talk to them about your child..
