I had to reschedule my appointment last week to July 29th 2pm 2025. I arrived 10 minutes early with my ID and I gave all my insurance info to the secretary over the phone a week prior while I was rescheduling. After the secretary looked over my info she said everything looks good we just need a physical copy of your insurance information. I politely called a family member and they brought my insurance card and all my insurance info within 5 minutes. After the secretary confirmed everything matched up and was all good.
