The moment we walk in the children’s emergency room it just felt like the energy in the room changed and the ladies at the front desk seemed like they are here because they have to be not because they want to be . Definitely not a welcoming feeling and the lady with glasses at the front desk was on her phone basically the entire time she was helping us. Let’s see how long we’re stuck here this time☹️.

Very very very slow service no urgency. They pick and choose who they wanna process and make people wait hours just for simple procedures
I had a brain injury and was referred to the INI. The neurologist at INI told me "when youre at a certain level of functionality, there really are no services for you." 2 years later, after my own research I find out about neuropsychology. my dr never even mentioned this for my mental health issues or cognitive testing.
