I had a horrible first-time experience with one of the doctors here today. I won't mention his name because I don't want to embarrass him. However, if he reads this and sees my name, he'll know exactly who I am and who I am referring to, and hopefully come to the realization that how he treated me wasn't good; especially as a professional. I have nothing to say OSF is a joke I fired most of my doctors and Now I go thru Carle Health
Thanks to the nurse practitioners, the doctor I now see, and the support of all the front staff, my quality of life has greatly improved. Without their compassion, care, love, and the faith of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I would still be struggling with drugs and alcohol, in terrible pain, and on the brink of suicide. I’m truly grateful and humbled by how much they care and genuinely mean it.
This use to be my favorite doctors office but ever since Dr Williams left ive been getting nothing but dismissive Dr's and lpns. At one time I recommended this place to anyone I knew but after I waited 4 months sicker then a dog and had to beg for anything and not taken seriously they put me in an extreme danger of not only loosing my job but at risk for breaking a severely damaged bone that can be easily fractured and loosing all feeling to my face for the rest of my life.
